Kathleen Fentress Tripp, NP

Kathleen Fentress Tripp is a Yale-educated, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  Kathleen specializes in mental health treatment of adults, adolescents, and children experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

Kathleen uses a patient-centered approach to support every individual’s mental well-being.  She works collaboratively with each person or family to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management and/or counseling. Kathleen enjoys working collaboratively with therapists and other providers to provide comprehensive and coordinated treatment.

Kathleen is a specialist in psychopharmacology and uses a multi-modal approach in delivering therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Supportive Therapy.  Kathleen is a member of the Mind Body Seven DBT Team and offers individual DBT treatment as well as group and individual DBT skills training.
