“The good life is a process, not a state of being.” -Carl Rogers (1961).

My aim in therapy is to empower you and to help you discover what “the good life” means to you.  We all need support on our journey through life’s ups and downs. Together we can figure out how to manage the good and bad moments through genuine, empathic, and healing therapy work.

My dedication and focus are on the unique needs of my clients. I identify as a Latin, cis-gender female, originally from Miami, Fl who is bi-cultural and bi-lingual (English and Spanish). I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. My main areas of expertise are trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties. I have extensive experience in working with minorities, undocumented immigrants, at-risk youth, and under-privileged populations. I look forward to working collaboratively with you to find an approach that fits your needs.
