Peggy Kaplin Zaloga is an integrative psychotherapist, who specializes in individual psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults. Peggy received her Master of Social Work degree from New York University.  

Peggy aims to foster an open and warm therapeutic environment to encourage personal growth and progress towards your strengths and goals.  She tailors therapy sessions to meet your needs.

Peggy specializes in anxiety, depression, poor school performance, behavioral problems, attention problems, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, career challenges, grief, life transitions, and coping with complex medical conditions.  

Peggy incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family therapy, play therapy, hypnosis, mindfulness training and emotional freedom technique (EFT).  Peggy is a member of the Mind Body Seven DBT Team and teaches DBT skills to groups and individuals.
