What is The BLISS Protocol?

The BLISS Protocol is a comprehensive 12-month program that takes a root-cause approach to mental wellness. Phase 1 is our first 6 months together where we focus on the biological foundations for wellness. Phase 2 continues with a psychological focus and ongoing work on the biological foundations.

What are the two tracks available in The BLISS Protocol?

The Clinical Track provides medically supervised care for individuals with chronic or complex conditions, including advanced diagnostics and a multidisciplinary care team. The clinical track at this time is primarily for residents of NY, NJ and CA. We can license in additional states in collaboration with committed participants. The Coaching Track focuses on lifestyle optimization through personalized guidance in nutrition, sleep, and emotional well-being without medical interventions. Coaching track is open to indivdiduls worldwide.

How long is the program?

The BLISS Protocol is a 6-24-month transformative journey, designed to provide enough time for meaningful change and sustainable results. It is divided into phases, phase 1 and 2 are six months long and phase 3 is flexible length.

What kinds of testing and assessments are included?

A psychiatric evaluation and relevant mental health assessments, advanced blood work, and funcitonal medicine tests.

How often will I meet with Dr. Lewis or the team?

The BLISS Protocol has various tracks and options so the particular recommendation for intensity will be based on the intake assessment and participant preference.

How do I know if I’m a good fit for The BLISS Protocol?

What is the investment for The BLISS Protocol?

The initial call with one of our clinicians is $97 to $197 and with Dr. Lewis $1000. Specific tracks, tests and intensity level of treatments are offered based on individual need, fit and preferences.

Do you take insurance?

While we are an out-of-network provider, we can provide documentation for reimbursement if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. We will file for reimbursement for a few insurances such as Aetna, Cigna and BCBS.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes we provide a full telehealth program, an in-person program in Brooklyn and a hybrid option.

We maintain a 72-hour cancellation policy (by Friday for Monday appointments). This allows us to accommodate other patients and maintain the high quality of care we provide to all clients.
